Cindy and I relocated to North Carolina as a result of BRAC and were open as where we wanted to live. After online research and a couple trips to the area, we decided on Sanford. We knew we wanted to build our new home and after additional research, a couple trips to Sanford and talking with several builders, we chose Southeastern Properties, you, as our builder. We talked with you at the job site of a home you were building. This home was nearing completion and afforded us the opportunity to see the end result of one of your homes.
