Residential Clients
While we are always happy to price and build projects based on drawings that our clients bring to us, we do most of our residential drawing in house. By keeping a lot of our design work in house, taking advantage of our staffs’ engineering background and by partnering with a few local drafting firms, we are able to provide our clients with drawings faster and cheaper than they might otherwise be able to obtain them.
A great many of our clients come to us with a very general idea of what they want, but with few specifics. We are always happy to give ideas and redraw as many times as it takes to make sure we make everyone one hundred percent happy.

Commercial Drawings
We rarely do commercial drawings in house and when we do they are always in conjunction with an area architect, as is required by most municipalities. We have been fortunate enough to work with some of the area’s most talented architects and are always happy to recommend the most appropriate designer to meet our clients’ specific needs.
Even when a client already has an architect and/or engineer in mind, we can be very helpful by coming on board early on and taking part in the design process. We always do our best to recommend construction means and methods that we feel will meet our clients’ needs, tastes and quality standards.
