Our projects range in a 60-70 mile radius of our office in Sanford, NC. We have extensive experience in Lee, Harnett, Chatham, Moore, Cumberland, and Wake counties. We have had the opportunity to work in most of the area’s major municipalities and cities including Sanford, Lillington, Angier, Spring lake, Fayetteville, Southern Pines, Pinehurst, Pittsboro, Chapel Hill, Durham, Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Carthage, and Fuque Varina. We can walk our client’s and/or their projects through the sometimes difficult and tedious tasks of dealing with government agencies such as environmental health, planning, zoning, central permitting, the fire marshal’s office, and public utilities.
Like government agencies, dealing with a home owner’s association can sometimes be complicated and time consuming. Southeastern has had the opportunity to build in many of the area’s communities and can gladly walk a potential homeowner through the sometimes tedious process of dealing with property owner associations and architectural committees.
